Order

 1. How to place an order?
Select the product sku you want to buy, click checkout, enter your delivery address, and select the order payment method, the order is successful.
2. How to view my order?
Please remember our website (ysstarry.com) and log in anytime to check your order information and delivery progress
3.How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking number. More information on how to Track Your Order can be found here.
4.Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only if your order has not left our warehouse. We would be more than happy to help, please Contact Us immediately. However, once the order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Returns and Exchanges

 1. What is the return and exchange policy?

Online purchases (excluding giveaways) made through this site are subject to exchanges and returns within 7 days of receipt of all items. All returns/exchanges must be returned in perfect, undamaged, resaleable condition (i.e. the product is not creased or worn) and in its original packaging. Please click here for more information.

2.How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account. For credit card refunds, between 7-14 business days for the transaction to be completed.

3.Do you offer free shipping on returns?

Currently, exchange orders in all countries are free of charge.Once we have confirmed your exchange request, please contact us for a free shipping label. However, we do not currently cover return shipping costs, which you will need to pay for yourself.
